このサイトのボスです。シールドアクティブタンク艦で、回復量を上回るためには290DPS程度が必要となります。取り巻きの艦が周りを固めており、かつボス自体も相応に攻撃力が高いため、無策な突撃を行うと集中攻撃の末に艦を失う可能性があります。攻撃に耐えるためには相応の装備が必要でしょう。
確定ドロップは“8st Tier Overseer's Personal Effects”(第8監督者の私物)(1.2M ISK)。Gistum C-typeのDEDモジュール及びCynabalのBPCがドロップする可能性があります。
